Receiving his Associates Degree in architecture from Columbus State Community College in Columbus Ohio, Steve also received his BA in architecture from the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University. Then later received his Real Estate License from Hondros College located in Westerville Ohio.

Steve is experienced in Commercial and Residential design, tenant build out, renovation, 3D modeling, and in helping clients in getting their projects permitted and ready for construction.
